On site Support
Our qualified engineers will visit your site to help, if the problem cannot be fixed remotely. Furthermore, our engineers, who are always up to date with the latest technologies, will carry out support and maintenance activities onsite. Our engineers can be used reactively to resolve any IT issues you may have. Additionally the can pro-actively perform regular maintenance tasks designed to prevent issues before they occur.
If you do not have an IT Managed Services contract, don't worry, you can use us on a ad-hoc basis. There is no minimum duration for visits. For example, you can have us onsite for as little as an hour, or have us for a full day. Alternatively, you may have a project that may require us onsite for longer.
With ad-hoc, you just simply pay for the hours of support you use!
This is our most popular support package with our clients. Firstly, it ensures we are available when you need us to be. Secondly, it allows you to budget for all of your IT Support costs up front. Also, there are no hidden support costs even if you have a major IT issue.
Our support packages are tailored to your needs, each contract gives our clients unlimited access to our remote IT Helpdesk. Also, there no extra charges for high volumes of calls.
The contract will give a guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring all issues are resolved within agreed timescales. And, a monthly SLA report detailing your monthly calls and issues as well as our performance. In addition we can offer plenty of bolt-on choices such as Anti-Virus, Backup Monitoring, Microsoft Products etc.
