Onsite Support

Our onsite support consultants are security cleared, certified, accredited.  They are friendly and professional consultants. And they are always up to date with the latest technologies for support and maintenance activities onsite at your premises. They can be used reactively to resolve any IT issues you may have.  Alternatively, they will pro-actively perform regular maintenance tasks designed to prevent issues before they occur.

One of our customers told us that Ian, one of our consultants loved nothing more than helping them out. Most importantly, they did not speak 'techy' to them.   This was great to hear as the last thing you need is be baffled with someone spouting jargon at you.   If you need us simply give us a call and we will be  happy to help.  Additionally, you can dictate the level of urgency as it is your business therefore you know what you need and why you need it better than we do.

Sometimes when you think you need someone to come out, we may be able to fix it remotely.  As a result, this saves you time and money.  At other times, we will need to visit and, you can be assured that our qualified staff will know what to do to ensure your business is not disrupted any longer than it needs to be.   On call 24/7/365 means you do not need to wait until the morning for us to open the office, simply contact us.  If you are already a customer email  itsupport@gnctechnology.co.uk  which will flag up your issue, so that we can get to work on it asap.

Have us on site for an hour, a day or a week

There is no minimum duration for visits, you can have us onsite for as little as an hour or have us for a full day or longer should you need to, particularly when you have a special one-off project such as data migration or an ICT infrastructure implementation project.
